Organisation consulting

Primarily, business is about relationships and how employees behave and communicate with each other and others (customers, suppliers, partners etc) to achieve what needs to be done on a day to day basis.  So when we talk about organisational culture we are actually referring to the sum of each individual’s behaviour in an organisation.  How do things get done around here?

My role in this process is to:

  1. Provide you with a clear picture of what the organisation’s culture looks like right now so that together we can
  2. work though and implement an organisation transformation program that
  3. encompasses the required elements of the critical success factor model suitable for your organisation and
  4. a vision of what the new culture would feel like to work there and
  5. most importantly the outcomes this new culture would drive on an individual, team and organisational level

The most important success factor for any organisational change program is Leadership Role Modelling.  This is because Leaders and the way they behave and interact on a day to day basis create the culture which in turn drives the business outcomes.  Organisational transformation has to start at the top because when employees can see their Leaders Role Modelling behaviours that are aimed at positively impacting the culture then they too will embark on the journey themselves.
