Janine Botha is a skilled and passionate organisation and individual transformation consultant, change agent, coach and facilitator.  As the former Director, People & Culture for UXC Connect Pty Ltd, her own experience in a corporate culture and an ever changing environment gives her a concrete platform to assist organisations and individuals in their transformation journeys because she has been through it all herself, the good and the bad.

She has been instrumental as an internal transformation consultant and together with the former Managing Director, the People & Culture team and other Leaders led a major organisation transformation journey over an 8 year period.  This ultimately resulted in UXC Connect being a recipient of a transformation award presented at the prestigious 2011 Human Synergistics conference and a case study outlining the journey being created to tell the story.

Janine has over 15 years experience as a Human Resources Practitioner in the Information Technology, Recruitment and Food Retail industry and is able to translate this valuable experience to help a variety of organisations and individuals to “BUtoFly”.  An accredited practitioner in the Human Synergistics product suite she also holds qualifications in consulting, executive coaching, life coaching as well as workplace assessment and training.  She was also asked to contribute her expert opinion in the book “What do Employers Really Want?” written by James Evangelidis and Karalyn Brown.

One of the highlights of her career to date was a visit in 2006 to UXC Connect by the bestselling author of FISH!, Dr Stephen Lundin.  An innocent e-mail inviting him to come and see his philosophy in practice sparked a day that those employees involved will never forget and still speak of today.

Her absolute love for what she does is what enables her to make a difference and really connect with the individuals and organisations she works with.   Outside of work Janine is a keen photographer, reader, traveller and Zumba enthusiast.  In 2010/11 Janine travelled around Australia for 12 months with her partner Chayne a year which she describes as life changing.
